Sophia was scared at Legoland this year (she's almost three) and gets scared at the concept of going to a movie so I can relate. My Visionhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07035035496844358069noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2061822209861093731.post-60946447064139327342008-07-23T17:12:00.000-07:002008-07-23T17:12:00.000-07:00I'm an adult and I can't stand to see any "clowns"...I'm an adult and I can't stand to see any "clowns"... I've had a fear of them since I saw that dumb movie as a kid "Killer Clowns From Outer Space"... I totally freak.. I went to Busch Gardens during Halloween and they had these scary clown guys walking around, I thought I'd have a heart attack!

My son is okay.. with costumed characters soo far... He's seen Tigger, Scooby, and believe it or not I didn't pass out when we saw Daisy the Clown for storytime in my area... But I knew the lady behind the clown makeup , guess that helps...Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09138310231864779525noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2061822209861093731.post-42987622066642337332008-07-23T10:19:00.000-07:002008-07-23T10:19:00.000-07:00I am in no way unfamiliar with seemingly irrationa...I am in no way unfamiliar with seemingly irrational fears and phobias. :-) So I can sympathize with Allie. I'm glad that in the end, she had a great time.

I once went on a hayride with a friend and her daughter. Unbeknownst to any of us, the little girl was deathly afraid of... grass. She refused to walk across or touch it. So, we are in the back of the wagon, having a great old time flinging bits of... yep, DEAD GRASS, at this poor little girl. She was practically traumatized.Raleigh RoxStarhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08646581585209287724noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2061822209861093731.post-50486419272366532512008-07-23T05:29:00.000-07:002008-07-23T05:29:00.000-07:00Smart kid - always fear a RAT! Responding to your comment on my site about quitting my blog - actually I was just going to make it private but I may have made that decision hastily. I'm having a hard time giving up the public side of blogging. I may retract my initiative! And really, being afraid of a giant rat isn't so silly after all!!

I took offense with one part of your post. I rather like Chuck. E. Cheese pizza!!!

(although I'm convinced we have one of the better Chuck E. establishments ever)

LOL!

Here's to hoping her party goes well!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2061822209861093731.post-18312030039521468202008-07-21T14:40:00.000-07:002008-07-21T14:40:00.000-07:00We visited Disney a couple of times when the girls...We visited Disney a couple of times when the girls were younger. The only photos we have of the two of them with Goofy, Mickey and all their friends is with either one, the other, or both girls either in tears, or trying to run away! Otherwise, though, they had a wonderful time on each visit. BTW, I'm having another Great Pop'rs Giveaway, starting tomorrow. Aunt Julie really needs the help of all her Bloggy Pals--she's planning a rehearsal dinner for 60 people! Hope you drop by soon!Aunt Juliehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07925702578948250425noreply@blogger.com
